Everything to Know About The SaltFacial

Does your skin need some much-needed rejuvenation? The SaltFacial is a great choice, as the sea salt can help restore, cleanse, and heal your skin. But why sea salt, and how exactly does it work? HYDRO Infusions is bringing you everything you need to know about the SaltFacial.

What is The SaltFacial?

The SaltFacial is a three-step process to revitalize your skin. Using pure, organic sea salt, positive-pressure flow technology provides the salt to your skin for uniform resurfacing. It is then followed up with an aesthetic ultrasound, which helps increase circulation and restore nutrients and antioxidants that are vital to your skin. Finally, high-powered LED photography is used to increase your skin’s healing rate, as well as encourage collagen production. The result is replenished skin with a beautiful, instant glow. The SaltFacial is unique in that it is all-natural and can be used with any skin type year-round, as opposed to other skin renewal treatments.

Why Sea Salt?

When seawater evaporates, sea salt is left behind. It’s important to note that it is different from regular table salt, as it offers multiple skin-healing minerals, such as calcium and potassium. Human bodies have the same concentration of minerals and nutrients that seawater has, so sea salt is an all-natural way to help your skin tissue. It helps clean your skin pores and balance the oil production, as well as exfoliate and hydrate your skin. As a result, the SaltFacial is great for skin conditions such as stretch marks, uneven pigmentation, sun damage, acne and acne scarring, and fine lines and wrinkles. If you’re struggling with any of these issues, HYDRO Infusions recommends the SaltFacial!

SaltFacial with HYDRO Infusions

When you get a SaltFacial with HYDRO Infusions, you’ll first consult with our medical aesthetician to create a customized treatment plan for your skin. Depending on certain variables, such as the health of the treatment area or the depth of resurfacing performed, the frequency and number of SaltFacial treatments will differ for each person. Usually, our patients will have 4-8 treatments, with one treatment occurring every 10-14 days. Once the treatment plan is decided upon, we’ll commence with the SaltFacial. We’ll prepare the treatment area by degreasing and cleaning the area, and then undergo the three-step process.

Now that you know the ins and outs of the SaltFacial, are you ready to rejuvenate your skin? Be sure to make an appointment with HYDRO Infusion’s professional medical aesthetician. She’ll work with you to ensure you get the skin results you desire. You’ll be looking and feeling good in no time!
